My view on the education system at large and why we need a quantum re-alignment

To educate literally means to draw out.

For generations, we have missed the mark on true education.

While there is an increasing collective focus on the health of the body, mind, and spirit, this vital conversation has yet to permeate our education system.

We must reclaim our power and dive into an education rooted in connection, coherency, and authentic expression.

Our creative potential is infinite, yet distortions, programs, and limitations have led to widespread dis-ease, disconnection, and discontent.

The pursuit of a life centered around monetary success has caused a painful rupture in our collective consciousness.

We need to shift from a mentality of doing to one of being.

The intention of this learning platform is to provide a new path for education that meets the needs of both present and future generations, fostering true growth and well-being.

True education must flow as a living structure from person to person in a space that is conducive to giving and receiving in mutuality. It is more than a physical structure with rules, regulations, and agendas. It is a conversation between engaged listeners, each person a part owner of the conversation. We can do more when in alignment with each other as a unit of openness and unpredictability. Social and emotional intelligence is the new conversation. The body is the gateway! Showing up authentically, allowing flow and making space for each other is essential. Mindfulness, adaptability, emotional freedom… is difficult work. However, it is the work we need to do right now.

Systemic Dysfunction

The fact is that we have all been conditioned and programmed by something other than our true nature. From the beginning of our lives, the people closest to us see what they see and project what they see onto us (from all of their programming, going back generations). They are colored. In addition, we come here with our own colors or the things we are here to learn in this lifetime. We also have media distortions that have been a destructive force on our psyche. So, we never really get to know who we truly are. It is only when we start to listen to ourselves that we can begin to forge a path home to our Self. It takes much effort to re-write our Story, but truly there is nothing better that we can do with our lives because if we don’t start living our unique-ness, our truth, we will never be free. We will go on suffering and justifying it.

Three-Faceted Approach to Life Giving Education

Healthy Living (Body)

health/wellness, self-care, bio-rhythms, nature/nurture, belonging, perceive and understand the outer world (others and our earth) in relationship to self. The Will. We all need to be a part of a clan. Belonging. (Human Permaculture) Intuition.

Example: Many people sleep but aren’t truly relaxing. Relaxation is the complete dropping of tensions. Dropping tensions is a daily practice. Life is stressful and being resilient means our nervous system can switch easily between the parasympathetic (rest/digest) and sympathetic (fight/flight) nervous systems. A wholesome lifestyle with practices that teach conscious movements can support us in building a resilient and strong foundation.

Art of Being (Mind /Soul)

build our own inner world. Design and build a personal operating system that thrives on healthy relationships with values, intentions and agreements that are in integrity with nature. Building the WE (tribe). Imagination. Rudolf Steiner, founder of Waldorf Education states, “Thinking is an art, and has a technique, like every art.” 

Example: Childhood conditioning. The first 3 years of our lives, and really up until around the age of 7, is a very pivotal time in our lives. The newborn through around age 7, feels unity with their parents and/or caretakers and are being conditioned/programmed by their thoughts/feelings, words and actions. We must see these programs, that have limited and shaped our realities, and work with them so they no longer control us. Understanding our family dynamics are essential. 

Authentic Learning (Heart / Spirit)

spirit connection and living thinking – higher worlds that reveal themselves to us. (village) Inspiration. Carl Jung expresses how difficult it is to have independent and living thinking, “People don’t have ideas, ideas have people.” We have never experienced homogenization at this level before and the morphic field is actually a Chaosmos not Cosmos. We must learn how to Thrive in Chaomos and this is not an easy task.

Example: The personal meaning we have in our lives – our ancestral lineage, cosmology, myth, story. What are the stories our ancestors told? How is that shaping our lives in the present? All of our experiences can be rich and powerful, when we find the meaning in our life. The stories we tell, shape our realities. What stories are you telling?

Path to becoming a TRUE GUIDE for our Children 

ART OF STORYTELLING – LIVING CONNECTED

Learn the Art of Storytelling through the incredible Ancient Wisdom traditions that teach us the Art of Beingness. This is not an easy task in this world of Doing-ness. This course is a self-initiation with a map that points back to yourself at every step. Know Thyself. The most important work we can do for our Self and our children.

TEMPERAMENTS AND TYPES

Based on Ancient Wisdom Traditions. Learn your child’s Energetic Signature and guide them in their unique blueprint.  It is essential to understand the programming and conditioning of the homogenized system to instead raise the children in consciousness. Raising sovereign children takes work and courage. In addition, it requires us to de-program and unschool ourselves. Using the system of Human Design and Gene Keys, we learn the children's body/mind operating systems. Supporting them in this way will allow them to flourish in their lives in this Now Moment whereas many of us adults are still overcoming our trauma and deprogramming from the system, these children can embrace their power in the Now.

The next two steps are designed to support you in holding a dynamic, fluid learning space for the children in your care. 

HEALTHY RHYTHMS

This facet will explore ancient wisdom traditions, Steiner and Family Constellations. This will be an overview of the most important pillars of Waldorf Education. We will explore daily and seasonal rhythms, childhood developmental stages and the potential healing nature of Waldorf Education.

DESIGN A LEARNING WITH NATURE SPACE

A learning space is then constructed in the home or classroom. It is built on the foundation of Healthy Rhythms and the Art of Storytelling and Living Connected. This course includes an investigation into project-based learning, Independent Development Planning and the setting up of Creation Stations in the Classroom.

Use these keys to unlock your potential. We are physical, mental/emotional and spiritual beings and as such we must be present to each of these spaces in our being. When we hold a space for all of ourselves we can attain a level of witness and this freedom creates a spaciousness in the heart. We then have the possibility to fulfill our full potential. Human Design/Gene Keys - Know Thyself

What is Human Design? It's a logical system that brings together principles of The I Ching, astrology, Kabbalah, Hindu-Brahmin chakra system, and quantum physics. Your Human Design Chart, also called a BodyGraph, is calculated using your birth date, time, and place, to reveal your genetic design. 

Human Design says we are simply here to have an experience. It gives insight into what brings us into peace, satisfaction, success, or surprise. We can experiment with this technology and notice how it works for us. I will explain more about this after I read each child’s chart and we will work with this over time.  

When we are comfortable and relaxed in our being-ness our innate desires bubble up and we move in the direction that brings us contentment.

Welcome to Life Giving Education, an educational program designed to create an optimum learning experience for both children and adults. This program is a holistic journey towards well-being, integrating Waldorf Fundamentals, Healthy Rhythms, and Ancient Wisdom Traditions. Our approach encompasses project-based learning, Independent Development Planning (IDP), and insights from Human Design for both adults and children.

Foundations: Waldorf Fundamentals & Healthy Rhythms

Our pyramid of learning is built upon Waldorf Fundamentals and Healthy Rhythms, emphasizing the 12 senses outlined by Rudolf Steiner.

Raising Sovereign Children

Raising sovereign children requires courage and effort, requiring that we unlearn conventional educational paradigms. Through the integration of Healthy Rhythms, we aim to establish daily, seasonal, and annual practices that cultivate holistic well-being (body/mind/spirit) for both children and adults. Family Constellations supports the acknowledgement and witness of our ancestral wounds, so each family can find order, balance and belonging.

Physical, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual Well-Being

Our commitment extends to nurturing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. We encourage practices that honor the body, embrace emotions, consider the needs of others, and foster a sense of spiritual connection.

Daily Rhythms

Our daily rhythms form the foundation for a supportive learning experience. Activities such as morning movement, inner-standing practices, color work, music, handwork, and intentional engagement provide a framework for alignment and coherence.

Project-Based Learning: Themes and Exploration

Project-based learning empowers children to initiate, develop, and complete projects based on their interests.

Independent Development Planning (IDP): Intentional Learning

IDPs are collaboratively created with parents to set expectations and intentions for each child. This intentional approach ensures a healthy flow of time spent together, fostering success and meaningful learning experiences.

Human Design/Gene Keys: Know Thyself

Human Design, a logical system incorporating various principles, provides insights into individual genetic design. Through understanding Human Design, we aim to guide children towards experiences that bring them peace, satisfaction, and success.
